We're getting close! The office is buzzing in hopes of what will soon be the last leap day, but the first of many more February 29's!
We can't say any names, but a particular presidential candidate whose name rhymes with Dolama may be focusing on our cause in his next several appearances!
We are The Quadrennial Council. Leap Year 2008 is here and we are determined to make leap day 08 the very last leap day. Join us in making this February 29th the first of many consecutive years.
