dude i was born this day and i really don't see what the problem is.............. I mean i turned 20 today but really 5 and big deal???
Over at http://thesomnambulist.org they started a leap day campaign to make leap day as Galileo day a public holiday. A day to celebrate you, nature and science.
We are The Quadrennial Council. Leap Year 2008 is here and we are determined to make leap day 08 the very last leap day. Join us in making this February 29th the first of many consecutive years.
